Chager evolves from Shockit by Thunderstone.


Chager hunts at night using its tail's light for luring its prey. It is essentially a solitary pokemon, so winning its trust is quite difficult and time-consuming, but like with Shockit, when Chager becomes tame, it will be very loyal for its trainer.
