Hehehe, and about the pic itself, you really captured her pure cuteness in the best way possible X3 not to mention her love for candy ^^

And thank you
Other than that, SNK (the creators of KOF) always makes awesome stories for their characters ^^ and since I'm a 2D fighting game maniac, I know most of them (if not all X3)
Hehe, and here's Kula with her creator Diana (who treats Kula as her little) daughter - [link] Kula looks so sweet doesn't she X3
Hehehe, and when I think about fighting game characters, I'm sure you'd really like Felicia ^^ she's an adorable catgirl, who want's to become a dancer and idol to make everyone in the world happy X3

What ever happened to a simple "Happy Valentine's Day!"?
Well, let's start with some random information about Kula!
First of all, she's from a King of Fighters 2d fighting game series. She appeared first in the seventh instalment of the series, King of Fighters 2000 as a mid-boss.
When it comes to her origin, it's as follows:
Kula is literally a product of some sinister organization known as NESTS. The way, she was created is kinda complicated to someone who does not know the series, but I'll try to explain it anyway.
The first four instalments of the series, conclude in main character, Kyo Kusanagi, a truly powerful fighter defeating a ominous being known as Orochi. Kyo didn't do it alone, but that's beside the point here. After the strenous battle, he was so exhausted that he fell to the ground. Presumably (because it's not sure), that was the time, when he was captured by NESTS.
NESTS made quite a number of clones of him. Among them, was the main character of the second arc of the series, K'. He isn't actually a clone, since he was just a normal guy, but he was infused with Kyo's genes. We won't get into details here either. What's important is the fact, that he betrayed NESTS (well, he had a good reason to).
And that's when the process of creating Kula began. The two NESTS agents, Foxy and Diana supervised the creation process and then the Kula herself. As the purpose of her making was to kill the traitorous clone, K', she was created as his anti-clone (her fighting style is called anti-K'
She met with him in Southtown to end his life, but because of her innocence and sweetness made this task impossible for her (although she could even kill him, because her powers were sufficient). She even said K' some precious information upon defeat. Fortunately, something crackled in Candy's mechanical heart and she gone against her mission. Therefore, Kula lived on.
A year later, in the next edition of King of Fighters tournament, Kula participated as a regular fighter in the team representing the organizer of the event, NESTS, with her supervisor Foxy and two other members. As the tournament reached it's end, Foxy was suddenly killed by a stab to the back from a member of her own team! Then, confused and full of despair Kula had to fight for her life with the two member of a team she was into. She put a very good fight, but because she was outnumbered, she was almost defeated, when the help finally had come. Unexpectedly, the man she was to kill, K', came to her rescue, fending off two attacker and making them retreat.
With the fall of NESTS, the new future opened for her...
Well, actually that wasn't even all her story in only two King of Fighters games (The King of Fighters 2000 and 2001) and she has appeared also in the most recent arc of the series, but I don't want to bore you anymore.
When it comes to her character, she's an ideal example of innocent, care-free and cheerful little girl (despite her appearance, her mind is still of a child). She just loves all kind of sweets (sweet girls like sweet things ^^). She's always full of energy and excited about new thing like a child. She easily becomes friends with anyone. She shared kinda mother-daughter relationship with her supervisor, but since Foxy was killed, only Diana remained and she treats K' like an older brother (while he's almost completely indifferent to her, as he is to everyone).
To sum up, the sweetest girl in the fighting games universe!
Hehe, you can see how much I like her just from the fact that I wrote this all about her. ^^
Let's start the actual comment.
Even though you almost knew nothing about her, you depicted her perfectly!
There's no better expression for her, than this incredibly clueless look *drowns in Kula's eyes* with a lollipop in her mouth!
The shading of her skin is superb! *,* It looks so soft and is simply beautiful.
And her hair is just... delicious. X3
The background matches perfectly too.
Too sum up, it's one of my favourite Kula fanart of all times!
